We all face things in our lives we find hard and, at times, overwhelming. Maybe you are experiencing emotional turmoil, chronic pain, addiction (or living with someone who does), navigating relational challenges, encountering spiritual defeat and difficulties, and find it hard to cope. Perhaps loss, grief, depression, isolation, anger, or anxiety have begun to overcome your heart and mind. You are not alone. It is one of my greatest passions to come alongside you to help bring perspective, peace, and practical skills so you can begin taking steps toward health and wholeness.
I have a wealth of experience working with adolescents, young adults, individuals (in every age group), and couples. I have a unique understanding of emotional, relational, and spiritual pain and possess the patience and gentleness that is so greatly needed and desired during difficult times. My work as a licensed marriage and family therapist, drug and alcohol counselor, pastoral and lay counselor, and chaplain have honed my gifts of compassion and mercy. I am fully committed to creating a sacred space for you to openly share your struggles in a safe and accepting environment where you truly can be seen, heard, known, and encouraged to become who you were created to be; without judgment or criticism—rather with intentional care, concern, and creativity.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, particularly those with anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, grief and loss, depression, self-injurious behavior, struggles in spirituality, trauma, shame, perfectionism, and issues with identity and self-worth.
My heart is to join you in your journey and to help be an agent of hope and healing.
Please contact our office to set up a free 20 minute phone consultation prior to making your first appointment. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
